Our Legacy as Growers
We’ve been growing cannabis on this land since 1986. Through raids, prohibition, and the long road to legalization, we’ve remained committed to the plant, the culture, and the community that built this industry.

The Beginning
Tony bought the land in 1986 and started growing in the trees. Plants were suspended in the canopy, out of view from helicopters. Back then, growing cannabis in Mendocino meant working quietly and trusting your neighbors.
Cindy joined him in 1990, and together they began building a home and raising a family. The garden grew, the risks got bigger, and the community of farmers around them became like family.

Living Under the Radar
The fear of helicopter raids was constant. CAMP (Campaign Against Marijuana Planting) was active in Mendocino throughout the 90s and early 2000s. People lost crops, land, and peace of mind.
One year, Cindy had to cut down the entire garden while Tony raced home. A helicopter had landed nearby, and unmarked trucks lined the road. They were lucky that day, but many weren’t.

A Legal Path Forward
Prop 215 gave growers like us a chance to step into the light. By 2016, we were growing under the Mendocino County Sheriff’s program with 100 permitted plants. It wasn’t easy, but it was progress.
Today we hold a full state license and OCal certification, but the legacy remains. Our farm is still family run, and the way we grow hasn’t changed much at all.
We didn’t start this to build a brand, we did it because it was our way of life. Four decades later, we’re still here, still growing, and still proud to share what we’ve created.
